TALK #4 - #GENERAZIONE Z: IS THERE A POSSIBLE COMMUNICATION?
The era of millennials is on the wane, now it's time for Generation Z, those born between 1995 and 2012. They are the digital natives, those who speak the language of the internet better than anyone else. They are always connected (data tells us they use an average of 5 devices). They are our children, the generation of the future, that of Greta Thumberg and Joshua Wong. They prefer visual communication, with an attention threshold estimated at 8 seconds, they use social networks like Youtube, Twitch and Tik Tok. They are the ones who think we are stealing their future and dismiss us with an "ok boomer". How can we communicate with them, create synergy and overcome generational conflict?
Journalist of Io Donna.
Cristina Lacava was born in Rome and graduated in Literature at La Sapienza University. Instead of taking the chair, she took a train to Milan, where she attended the Rizzoli school of journalism. As a true representative of the generation that believed in a fixed job, she has not moved since then, neither from Milan nor from Rizzoli. She has two teenage children, has worked for Io donna since the newspaper's inception and deals with school, university and families.Project #WEWOMEN
