You can find your products by browsing the pages of the site or by using the search at the top right of the site. Once you have found it, add the product to your cart (if you want to buy it) or to your wishlist (if you want to buy it or view it later).
Purchasing on the Caractēre Online Shop is quick and easy.
- Browse the site (or search) to find the products you want.
- Select size and color and then click Add to Cart . Repeat for all the products you wish to purchase.
- Access your cart to check the total amount, change your selection, use any promotional codes.
- Then click on Proceed to Checkout to proceed with your purchase.
- Choose whether to place the order as a registered user or as a guest.
- Choose the shipping method and the payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, ...).
- Confirm and complete the order. In a few days your package will be delivered to the address you chose.
Yes. Inside the cart you can change the size, color and quantity of each product, add it to the wishlist or delete it.
No, you can place orders on our Online Shop either as a registered user or as a guest user.
By registering on the site you can place and manage your orders more easily and quickly as well as receive updates and newsletters on news and promotions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards issued by international circuits such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, it is also possible to pay with your PayPal account.
Yes, the two addresses (shipping and billing) can be different.
To use two different addresses, uncheck the Billing address and shipping address match box (found in step 1 of checkout) and enter the new address.
We normally send three emails regarding your order:
- An order confirmation email (which you will receive immediately after completing your online purchase),
- A shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package (which you will receive as soon as the courier takes charge of the package),
- And an email confirming delivery of the package (to the indicated address).
You will receive further emails in case of order cancellation (possible within 30 minutes of closing the online purchase) or return (3 emails: the first to confirm the return request, the second to accept the return and the last to notify the credit note).

SHIPPING
Shipping with BRT costs €7.50 for an order under €100.
Only shipments are made with BRT, to receive the package directly at the address you prefer.
4/5 working days (6/7 in case of deliveries to Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays), during normal office hours (9:00 – 19:00). In exceptional cases, deliveries may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. strikes or weather conditions). In case of foreign shipments, delivery takes 7/8 working days.
The Italian site of Caractēre ships throughout Europe.
If you placed your order as a registered user, you can check its status in the “My Orders” section within your personal online profile (Account).
In any case, when the order is delivered to BRT, you will receive from us the link to check the path of your package from the collection to the delivery.

When your order is handed over to the BRT courier, you will receive an email from us with a link to check the path of your package (from collection to delivery).
Caractēre is committed to respecting the standard preparation and shipping times for orders. In some cases, delays may occur related to only one of the 2 phases (preparation and shipping of the order) or both.
Normally orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed the same day if placed before 1pm or the following working day if placed after 1pm. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday (please bear this in mind when calculating delivery times). At certain times of the year (sales and promotions) it is possible that the preparation of the order may be delayed due to the large influx of online purchases.
If you have placed an order on our online store and received one or more wrong products, contact our Customer Service immediately. We will help you manage the return process and the refund request.
